We will travel!
No job is too big or too far for A Neeley Home Inspection Services.
We offer reasonable drive fees on top of our already affordable pricing, allowing us to serve all of Colorado and Wyoming.
Below is a list of our most popular service areas.
WELD COUNTY
Weld County is where A Neeley Home is based out of and we are happy to offer our home inspection services to Ault, Berthoud, Brighton, Dacono, Eaton, Erie, Evans, Firestone, Fort Lupton, Frederick, Greeley, Hudson, Johnstown, Keenesburg, Lochbuie, Longmont, Mead, Milliken, Northglenn, Nunn, Pierce, Platteville, Severance and Windsor. Windsor, Severance, Mead, Longmont, Firestone and Eaton are known for high radon levels, so be sure to ask for a radon test with your home inspection.
LARIMER COUNTY
Ft Collins is where certified home inspector Andrew Neeley lives, so we are happy to offer our home inspection services to Berthoud, Estes Park, Fort Collins, Laporte, Loveland, Red Feather Lakes, Timnath, Wellington. Timnath, Loveland, Fort Collins and Estes Park are notoriously high radon level areas, so be sure to ask about adding a radon test to your home inspection. Estes Park and Red Feather Lakes can require drive fees due to distance.
BOULDER COUNTY
Boulder County is known for its outdoor activities and home of the University of Colorado. This makes Boulder County a real estate hot spot. Because of this we are happy to offer our home inspection services to Boulder, Coal Creek, Erie, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Lyons, Niwot and Superior. Boulder, Coal Creek, Erie and Lyons have turned up some of our highest radon test levels, so a radon test is highly recommended for these areas.
Denver Metro
Denver Metro is known for it’s bustling nightlife, thriving arts and cultural scenes and old homes known for their charm and ideal locations. It’s no wonder Denver is experiencing yet another real estate boom. Because of this we are happy to offer our home inspection services to Denver, Cherry Creek, the Highlands, RiNo, LoDo and other areas named with acronyms. Due to the older age of the homes in Denver, sewer lines are typically issues that come up during inspection and can often times be followed by estimates over $10,000. Sewer scopes are highly recommended if purchasing a home in Denver.
